On 24th November 2015, Thai General Insurance Association (TGIA) hosted “PIAM-TGIA Liaison Meeting” in Bangkok with its counter-partner “Persatuan Insurans Am Malaysia (PIAM)” from Malaysia. The objectives of this meeting were to promote an exchange, update market information, sharing of business best practices, regulatory framework, industries trends of the 2 countries as well as other mutual interested topics.
TGIA was the host for this year meeting at its TGIA Building. PIAM was headed by its Chairman, Mr. Chua Seck Guan. The other delegates were Mr. Antony Fook Weng Lee - Deputy Chairman; Mr. Steve Crouch - Convenor, Public Relation/CSR; Mr. Marcus Hanrieder - Convenor, Regulatory & Industry Development and Mr. Mark Lim Kian Wei - Chief Executive of PIAM.
